Our School Spotlighted in Nikkei, Japan's Premier Media Outlet!
2024年10月1日
We are delighted to announce that our school has been featured in Nikkei, one of Japan’s most prestigious media publications. The article highlights the experiences of two of our students who had the opportunity to learn Japanese cuisine at our school.
First, Ms. Luz Sahamara Cedeño Marquez (Sam) from Mexico joined our intensive program, which covers sushi, ramen, and izakaya dishes. With extensive experience as a head chef at multiple restaurants, she came to Japan to incorporate the authentic flavors of Japanese cuisine into her upcoming restaurant’s menu, aiming to make her business stand out. Her dedication to mastering each dish, from ramen preparation to the fine art of sushi-making, reflects her passion and commitment.
Next, Mr. Chidensee Watthanawongwat (Joel), originally from Thailand and now based in the United States, where he owns several successful Thai restaurants in New York, enrolled in our Izakaya and Yakitori courses. With a new business venture in mind, he sought to acquire essential skills and knowledge. Joel valued the opportunity to experience the meticulous process behind each dish and appreciated gaining firsthand insight into Japanese culinary practices.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to both Sam and Joel for sharing their experiences and helping to highlight the high-quality learning environment our school provides. Their dedication to mastering Japanese cuisine serves as an inspiration to all who seek to deepen their understanding of traditional Japanese culinary arts.
