Procedures

Application Procedure

Please follow the steps below to submit an application.

  1. Download the application form and complete it.
  2. Download the General Conditions document, read it carefully, and sign if you agree. Please be aware that failure to agree to the General Conditions will result in the rejection of your application.
  3. Email the following 3 documents to us at our school's email address.
    1. Completed application form
    2. Signed General Conditions
    3. Copy of your passport
  4. Upon receiving the above documents, the school will review your application. If accepted, we will email you a letter of acceptance along with an invoice containing payment details.
  5. Your course reservation will be confirmed once the specified fee in the invoice has been successfully transferred to the school's designated bank account.

About VISA

Visa requirements for studying in Japan depend on your individual passport and background. Please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to check the type of visa you need to study at our school and the associated requirements. Depending on the duration of your stay, you can apply for various types of visas, including short-stay visas, study visas, cultural activity visas, work visas, etc. If you already have a valid visa while staying in Japan, you can enroll in our school as long as your current visa permits it. The school will provide necessary documents to apply for a visa to enrolled students. Additionally, citizens of 68 countries can travel to Japan for up to 90 days without a visa. However, for those from these 68 countries who wish to take a course lasting longer than 90 days, you will need to return to your home country and re-enter Japan.

Accommodation

Our school does not provide dormitories or accommodations on-site. Therefore, you will need to make your own arrangements for accommodation. If you encounter any difficulties in finding suitable lodging near our lesson venue, please don't hesitate to reach out to our staff for assistance.

For your convenience, we are affiliated with the Toyoko Inn Hotel Chain. If you choose to book your stay at a Toyoko Inn through our school, you can enjoy a 5% discount on your hotelcharges. Here's how you can proceed:

  1. Let our staff know your preferred Toyoko Inn hotel for your stay.
  2. Our staff will check the availability of rooms and provide you with the applicable hotel charges.
  3. If you agree to the reservation details, our staff will proceed to book your stay.
  4. You will be responsible for checking in at the hotel and settling the hotel charges on your own.

Additionally, if we make an online reservation directly through the Toyoko Inn's website, you will receive a 200-yen discount on the hotel charge, in addition to the 5% discount.
